The annual Partners' Conference is a significant milestone in the Deloitte calendar. It explores the strategic choices as a firm, client impacts, competitive advantage, culture and partner behaviours.

In 2023 the 2-day event was held in Adelaide, and once again delivered an impactful experience to 1,000 Partners from across Australia, as well as executive members from around the world. Bespoke hand written text brought the theme to life across a wide range of collateral, plenary presentations, videos, signage and trophies.
